principal/founder
Michael Shtarkman, CPA
Michael has 28+ years of experiencing in accounting and taxation. Before starting Wisdom, Michael worked at several fortune 500 companies. He was the chief comptroller for the Cleveland Crunch soccer team, an auditor at Earnst & Young, as well as an accountant at Solomon Brothers in a joint venture oil project. Michael provides audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including construction contractors, real estate companies, restaurants, eCommerce businesses, professional service firms and closely-held businesses. He is highly experienced in dealing with bankruptcy clients, working closely with attorneys on bankruptcy reporting. Michael has a wealth of knowledge in the accounting field, providing immense value to individual clients and businesses of all sizes.

Daniel Shtarkman
Daniel is a serial entrepreneur with an emphasis on public accounting and business management, pursuing CPA. He specializes in in small business accounting, bookkeeping, and business management. His most successful project being Glamierre Cosmetics, an international brand of cosmetics available at dozens of retailers worldwide such as Urban Outfitters & Forever 21. Daniel has over 6 years of knowledge and experience in the eCommerce industry. He is familiar with tax code for eCommerce business as well as online sales tax. Daniel connects businesses with customers; all with the use of organic and paid marketing efforts through various social media platforms. He is highly proficient in QuickBooks software, in addition to multiple Payroll software.
•Support 200+ clients with revenues ranging from $1 million to $30 million by effectively handling all accounting and tax matters, including fixed assets, general ledger, payroll tax and income tax
•Specialize in preparing and reviewing federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, C and S corporations, partnerships and LLCs
•Research tax credits for clients to minimize their tax liability or to maximize their refund
•Prepare and submit monthly operating reports of 40+ bankruptcy clients by following bankruptcy standards
